Dr. Craven's approach to dentistry is simple: put the patient first, and follow the Golden Rule. That translates to our team always putting forth their best effort and treating our patients as we would want to be treated — fairly and with compassion.

Dr. Craven prides herself on hiring experienced staff members with a warm smile and a friendly voice. She's built a team of individuals who believe that a patient's overall health begins with good oral health, and each staff member participates in continuing education to keep their skills and knowledge current.

Our staff does not try to sell patients unnecessary dental procedures. Instead, we spend our time educating patients about their particular dental needs and the treatment options available to them. We believe that when patients are educated, they will choose the treatment that best suits their individual needs.

Dr. Craven — known to many as "K.C." — is a Spokane native. She attended the University of Washington before earning her degree with honors from the University of Michigan Dental School in 2005. She began her career in private practice at Tooth Acres in Post Falls, Idaho, before joining Dr. Bob Parker (retired) at South Hill Family Dental in 2007.

When she's not working, you'll likely find K.C. outside and on the move — biking, skiing, running, or gardening with her husband, Mike, and their two teenage daughters, Autumn and Kira. In the winter, the Craven family is passionate about alpine ski racing at Schweitzer Mountain.
