‍Hygienist Wanted — 3-Day Work Week Available

‍South Hill Family Dental is looking for a hygienist who shares our patients' commitment to oral health wellness and wants to provide consistent, high-quality preventative care.‍

We know this work isn't easy, so we've built a practice where hygienists are set up to succeed: a team that supports one another, a full schedule, quality instruments, and a genuinely calming environment. Our office isn't fancy, but it's a place where you can do quality work and build real relationships with your patients. We take periodontal health seriously and lean on trusted periodontist partners in the community when patients need a higher level of care.

‍What we offer:

• A Three-Day Work Week (or less).  Our office does 3-day work weeks, typically Tuesday-Thursday.  You would have the flexibility to work one, two, or all three days.

• Competitive pay,

• One-hour appointments with a healthy mix of prophys and periomaintenance — no rushing

• Schedule control through pre-appointing patients in the chair

• Modern charting: Dentrix Ascend with optional AI voice notes to cut down on documentation time

• Benefits available depending on hours worked
